Non-Transferable General License

HRinterax, Inc., D.B.A HR411.com grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable general license to the HR411? website and system.

Your right to use the Site is non transferable. Your license and the associated username and password assigned and maintained by HRinterax, Inc. are yours and yours alone. Sharing, transferring, sub-licensing or otherwise providing third party access to the system / website and the contents, information, tools and resources therein to any individual, organization or entity is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Personal Use and Site Licenses

By accessing this site, you agree to use it for your personal research and reference purposes only (either for the benefit of yourself or for the benefit of your employer). In the case where more than one individual within your organization requires access to the Site, a multiple-user license may be obtained by calling 1-888-MyHR411.

FREE Basic Membership

Basic membership to HR411.com is FREE. You must create an account and maintain a valid email address in order to remain an active user. As a Basic Member you will have access to selected information and downloads throughout the website as determined by HR411 Staff. HR411 does not guarantee what information if any will be available to FREE members and reserves the right to discontinue FREE access at any time. You may upgrade your membership at any time by selecting any of the upgrade links provided throughout the site or by contacting HR411 Customer Care.

Privacy Policy

HRinterax, Inc., D.B.A HR411.com is committed to respecting your privacy concerns with the information you entrust with us. We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request.

Cookies: We use cookies to help our visitors have a friendlier, more convenient visit. For example, we may use them to greet you by name, to store your password so you don't have to log in each time you visit, or re-enter your shipping and billing information when appropriate.

Removal: We will immediately unsubscribe anyone who requests that their name be removed from our e-mail lists. To be removed, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any e-mail from us, or send an e-mail to remove@hrinterax.com with the words "Remove from List" in the subject line. Please be aware that removal from email does not include removal from database. Your email will remain on file for as long as you are a HR411? user, but will not be used for any correspondence other than that which is necessary to alert or update you on your account status or for technical support reasons when appropriate.

In addition, certain information available on the Site is HRinterax trade secret or confidential information designated as such and available only to select persons for limited use. The authorization granted by this Agreement to use the Site and its content is a limited license, not a transfer of title, and neither this Agreement nor any use of the Site or its contents shall transfer any other right, title or interest in any material or information available on the Site. HRinterax reserves all intellectual property rights not expressly granted to users under this Agreement.

Online Background Checks

The site provides access to online tools providing the ability to conduct extensive background investigations on current and prospective employee's. These tools are provided in partnership with 3rd party data providers and partners of HRinterax, Inc. and are to be used in accordance with all applicable State and Federal laws. In the case of Background Checks and Investigations a separate User Agreement and Terms & Conditions will apply, you can access the agreement through the "screening center" or you can send an email to: screening@hr411.com with "screening activation" in the subject line and a packet will be emailed to you. Full access will be granted once all associated agreements have been signed and received by our staff. Reproduction and Reuse

Subscribers may make one attributed copy of a document on this site for use within their organization. Subscribers may not make multiple copies of documents without the expressed written consent of HRinterax, Inc. Permission may be requested by sending an email to permissions@hr411.com . Except for individual copies and direct use by the licensed user to which username and password access were assigned by HRinterax staff, you may not (a) copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, use or prepare derivative works based upon the Site or any of its contents; (b) use or disclose information which is identified on the Site as being confidential or otherwise restricted; (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice from any portion of the Site or any of its contents except where expressly instructed to do so; (d) sublicense, sell, rent, lease, lend, assign, share, transfer or otherwise distribute to any third party any of the contents of the Site, password or other unique access permissions to the Site by any third party; or (e) disassemble, de-compile or otherwise attempt to "reverse engineer" any software contained in or accessible on the Site. Consultants or Third Party Providers may not distribute any of the materials or contents of the site or its sub-sites to their clients without express written permission from HRinterax, Inc. and without signing a Business Partner or Affiliate Agreement with HRinterax, Inc. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold HRinterax, Inc./HR411.com and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, partners, affiliates, attorneys, advertisers and publishers (Collectively, "Our Affiliates and Partners") harmless from any liability, loss, claim of expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Fees and Payments

Membership and registration with HR411 constitutes an agreement with a minimum term of one (1) year. As a condition of membership and to your right to use HR411.com, You must provide us with a valid credit card or electronic checking account number belonging to you with available credit or funds sufficient to pay the applicable Service Fees. In the event that you cancel this credit card or it is otherwise terminated, you must immediately provide us with a new valid credit card number, you can do this anytime within the "My Account" area of HR411.com. You authorize HR411, from time to time, to undertake steps to determine whether the credit card number you have provided to us is a valid credit card number. In the event that you do not provide us with a current valid credit card or electronic checking account number with sufficient credit or funds upon request, you will be in violation of this Agreement, and we may terminate service immediately. In the event that you provide us with a debit card number instead of a credit card number, you authorize us to make all charges described in this Agreement to your debit card account. You will be responsible for any unpaid balance, overdue balances will be assessed a 3.5% interest rate per month in the event collections activities are required by HR411 to collect unpaid fees you will be responsible for all associated costs including reasonable attorneys fees.

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless terminated by You or HR411. Any annual, quarterly or monthly fees for Your subscription will be billed automatically to the credit card or electronic checking account designated during the registration process, or provided to HR411. You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with Your subscription for HR411.com (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. HR411 may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving You notice in advance. All fees and charges incurred in connection with Your user name and password will be billed to the credit card or electronic checking account designated during the registration process or subsequently designated to HR411. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access HR411.com through an Internet access provider or other third party service. YOU, AND NOT HR411, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU. This Agreement is personal to You, and You may not assign Your rights or obligations to anyone.

Termination of Access

The license granted is valid so long as you remain in good standing with HR411 and will continue and renew automatically unless terminated by You or HR411. The license will automatically terminate if You fail to comply with the limitations described herein or in the applicable Specific Terms. We reserve the right to change the contents of this site or to discontinue it at any time without warranty, as well as the right to deny access to the site to any person whom we have reasonable grounds to believe may be using the site for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in a manner that may harm us.
